Vue mer imprenable à la Villa Livadia avec piscine privée à 20m de la plage d'Elafonisi

They really went to a lot of trouble; even the midnight arrival posed no problem for the team. Everything was very, very straightforward, just as I need it to be. Thank you so much!

Beautiful place.

Great house with amazing sea view, large pool in a beautiful neighborhood village with excellent restaurants near by. The housekeeper provides a superb service cleaning the pool daily and the house if needed. The air-condition works as desired and the WiFi is fast. The kitchen would benefit from an upgrade and so would the matresses. We loved the location as you can reach Elafonisi and adjacent qu... plus

Just come back from a week away here. The four of us (two adults and two young teens) had an amazing time. The pool was glorious - temp perfect not too warm or too cool, and a great size. The bedrooms were lovely and the kitchen and lounge were perfect too. All nice and cool due to the air con. Quite a remote location, very private, and whilst there is a lovely tavern within easy walking distance ... plus

Enchanting location with stunning sea views. Quiet and relaxing. Emmanouli and his on-site staff were always helpful and courteous. The "shopping" service before our arrival was perfect. The pool was fantastic; we enjoyed it at the end of the day. I would only recommend updating a few of the furnishings, even the simple ones (e.g., the showers). Overall, we were very satisfied and hope to return s... plus

Very beautiful house, with a fantastic view of the sea. At night, under the stars, you can see the Milky Way. The caretaker team is excellent!

We had such a wonderful time here that we extended our stay in order to have an extra night. The location in the small and quiet village is peaceful and the local taverna is perfect and easily walkable. The proximity to beautiful beaches within a short drive was perfect. We loved the views from the patio and the friendly neighbourhood cats. The villa was well equipped and we really appreciated the... plus

Beautiful traditional Villa with best Sun down location. Quiet and rural setting for Trips to Elafonisi and other beaches.

Impeccable logistics and communication, excellent responsiveness! Everything went well, it was too cold to enjoy the pool, which is maintained every day. Very beautiful view, absolute calm. And beautiful welcome kit (yogurts, groceries, water, eggs) and all the basic products (oil, condiments, dishwasher tablets, etc.) Thank you for these attentions

A beautiful house with lovely features throughout. Terrace with a swimming pool overlooking the ocean in a stunning, secluded spot, not far from the most beautiful beaches and mountain villages. We loved our stay!

Lovely quiet setting, close to some of the most beautiful beaches we have ever been on. Lovely local taverna Gialites within walking distance.

A beautiful view from the villa in a peaceful village. Open skies and nature. Good-sized swimming pool and lovely outside area. We enjoyed spectacular sunsets. Spacious accommodation, light and airy, private. A kind and friendly welcome by Shmagi. Walking distance to a friendly cafe/bar at the sea and to the village taverna. If arriving on the road from Kissamos, be very careful not to take the vi... plus

Great View and quiet location. If you like isolated area, this is perfect. House is well equipped, with washing machine, full kitchen, perfect for a family of 5.

Great sunset location with a good private pool maintained daily by the very responsive and nice house keeper.

We had great time at Cretevillas4u villa. It was very spacious and well equipped. We had a cleaning service middle of our stay which was a delight. The host and Manos are very responsive and provided us with loads of information regarding the area and places to see. Pool is great and cleaned daily. We enjoyed the fantastic view and gorgeous sunsets. We had hired a car and believe it’s essential as... plus

This home has a cozy character with a private atmosphere, really quiet location, if you want to escape from the craziness of your life. It’s fantastic to have your own private pool to jump in, in case you don’t want to drive to some of the beautiful nearby beaches. The host was really welcoming with some fruits and food in the fridge for our late arrival. The house itself gives you lots of space w... plus

Our stay in Villa Livadia was more than disappointing. I mean the location is great but the villa is in such bad shape that you can’t ask for 2300 euros per week The week before we were in a fancy hotel for the same amount . I have been staying in villas in France or Italy for the same price, they were impeccable, modern, refurnished places and not the old-fashioned run down house from the 80ies y... plus

Huge beautiful swimming pool very well cleaned each day. We appreciated our stay. The house we rent had two bedrooms. This villa could have 5 stars if it had more cutlery & plates and if the air conditionner was less loud. The villa is well situated and has a wonderful sea view.

Super host! Very helpful for everything we needed! Really recommend this place

Séjour au calme et avec une super piscine La maison est au calme et permet de se reposer en profitant d’une belle vue. La piscine est très confortable et bien entretenue. La maison est agréable même si elle parait moins bien entretenue (fuites d’eau).

We had a wonderful stay at villa Livadia. The house belongs to a complex of 7 / 8 villas (villas Amygdalia) with a small taverna where you can have breakfasts and diners. The villa Livadia is a bit apart, and thus really calm. It has a beautiful view with amazing sunsets. The pool is nice and clean and the water was fresh but still warm enough to swim in (mid of October). Our kids enjoyed it a lot... plus

The Livadia villa is a nice house with a beautiful view, overlooking the seaside, every evening a spectacular sunset. It's far away from tourist activities, which we enjoyed. We also enjoy the large pool. The owner family was very friendly and helpful. The household aids were good, but the household goods poor, less dishes, less cutlery, (*) no bowls, scratched pans, no scissory, no mop, no vacuum ... plus

Wonderful location, beautiful views, easy and quick access (10 min drive) to Elafonisi Beach, relatively close to the airport (an hour drive through the mountains), lot's of good tavernas with tasty food around. The pool is a great benefit for this location (depth starts at 1 meter on one side and goes to 2 m on the other side). This is a family owned and managed group of villas so you are close t... plus
